Cream Cheese Frosting

Use this one for Best Carrot Cake Ever and Ultimate Sugar Cookies

½ c. butter, softened
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 c. confectioners’ sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract

1. Beat softened butter and cream cheese until well blended. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy.

Yield: 2 cups
