Mint Dressing for Fruit

½ c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. ground cumin

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, refrigerate for several hours before serving. Drizzle over fresh fruit.
